Our Alloy 20 Forged Threaded Bend resists pitting and chloride ion corrosion, better than Alloy 304 and on par with Alloy 316L. Annealing of these Alloy 20 Forged Socket Weld Coupling should be between 1725 °F and 1850 °F for 30 minutes at temperature per inch of thickness. Our Alloy 20 Forged Threaded Union is a low-carbon, niobium-stabilized austenitic nickel / iron / chromium alloy with additions of contents like copper and molybdenum. These Alloy 20 Forged Socket Weld Bushing was developed specifically for hot sulphuric acid applications.
